Jonathan did an amazing job from first contact of explaining exactly how their services worked through getting our estate sale all set up and answering any and all questions, till when the estate sale happened, it did not interrupt our lives or schedules at all. We did not need to be there on site or be involved in any way, we were able to trust him and his staff to handle everything and care for our property during the sale and when they were done, it was like a sale never even took place, except all the stuff being gone. We were shocked on how much stuff he was able to sell for us and the income he was able to generate from it. For us, it was a barn full of tools, machinery, farming equipment and tons of random clutter that sat around for years that I inherited after my father passed, and Jonathan sold almost all of it. IT WAS A SEEMLESS TRANSITION and I say it was totally worth it! I highly recommend them!

I had to clear out a large home with almost a decade's worth of accumulated stuff. Jonathan and his teams sprang into action. Over a dozen people were there, from Estate Pros and also Habitat/ ReStore, and they worked like mad to get it all cleared out quickly. It looked like chaos, but in actuality they ran like a well-oiled machine, tackling what seemed like an overwhelming job like it was no big deal.

Estate Pros managed to clear my Mother's house out in less than 5 hours! They sent pictures to show me the empty rooms, which was great. I also appreciate that they worked with Habitat for Humanity, and that some of the items from the house will help that organization. That would have made my Mother as happy as it makes me.Edit: I had to ask Jonathon to change the donation paperwork due to MY error, and he sent me the new forms in less than 24 hours! Thanks again!!!

Jonathan, owner of Estate Pros, did a great job cleaning out my brother’s house before it could be sold. He had an excellent crew. Also I appreciate the donation to Habitat For Humanity and the potential for a tax write off. Estate Pros is a one-stop-shop experience. If you have enough for an estate sale he can do that, too. His prices are reasonable and the service is excellent.
