Jonathan did an amazing job from first contact of explaining exactly how their services worked through getting our estate sale all set up and answering any and all questions, till when the estate sale happened, it did not interrupt our lives or schedules at all. We did not need to be there on site or be involved in any way, we were able to trust him and his staff to handle everything and care for our property during the sale and when they were done, it was like a sale never even took place, except all the stuff being gone. We were shocked on how much stuff he was able to sell for us and the income he was able to generate from it. For us, it was a barn full of tools, machinery, farming equipment and tons of random clutter that sat around for years that I inherited after my father passed, and Jonathan sold almost all of it.
